Job Summary

We’re looking for a highly motivated Digital Content & E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online presence. In this permanent, full-time role, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing all content across our e-commerce platform and digital channels. You will be the key driver of our content strategy, ensuring our products are showcased effectively and our brand voice is consistent and compelling.

Responsibilities

• E-commerce Product Management:
  • Add new products to the e-commerce website, ensuring all product details, images, and specifications are accurate.
  • Write and optimize product descriptions, titles, and tags with a focus on SEO best practices.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-value terms for product listings and content.
• Content Creation & Management:
  • Develop, write, and publish engaging blog posts on topics relevant to our industry.
  • Manage and maintain the website’s content, ensuring all information is up-to-date and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Create compelling content for email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Social Media Management:
  • Develop and execute a social media content calendar.
  • Create and post daily content (text, images, videos) across our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• A basic understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as WordPress.
• Experience with social media management tools and content scheduling platforms.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
